And I can tell you don't even bother choosing invite only because then you need to know all of your reviewers Adobe creative cloud log-on email addresses which I think a lot of creative quality users don't even know. So what I can do here then is choose who gets to see this file in the browser. I'm not going to be able to download it from there or see it in my creative cloud app but it is a separate distinct cloud space that is password protected and encrypted. It's not really the InDesign Cloud Space. Now at this point what's happening is Adobe is uploading this document. So I'll say you know first draft and click create. The title that you give it is what will appear in the browser window. Instead of exporting to PDF I can just come up to the share icon and choose share for review. Now say that I wanted my clients to review this and add comments. Here in InDesign I have the same document that I used in other videos, "Goose Like Prairie", a two-page spread from a magazine.

You can run one of these collaborative design reviews directly from InDesign. But there's a new feature in Adobe InDesign that goes a step beyond that and completely sidesteps the PDF file format. So I've loved that Acrobat chair for review that I showed in a previous video where multiple commentors can access the same document in the cloud to comment.
